Cancellation Policy

It is possible to cancel your order at any time before to the shipment of the product.

• If the product has been dispatched but not yet delivered, you have the option to cancel the transaction and receive a full refund.

• If the shipment is cancelled after it has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of the Courier / Payment Gateway.

• The reimbursement will be promptly executed following the cancellation. The maximum time limit is 24 working hours. The payment gateway transaction time is relevant after a certain event or point in time.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN


• The Goods must be returned to the firm head office in their original packing and in an unopened condition.

• An email will be dispatched within a 48-hour period upon receiving the items, accompanied by relevant photographs illustrating any damage or defects in the packaging.

• If the goods are discovered to be damaged upon opening the shipment, it may be necessary to provide photographs of the damaged item.

• If any product obtained through a FREE plan is provided, it must be returned along with the purchased product.

REIMBURSEMENTS

Upon receiving of the product, the buyer is entitled to receive reimbursements under the following circumstances:
Valid justifications:

• Quality concern – Images or a brief video showcasing the quality of the goods will be necessary.

• Delayed delivery – Exceeding the shipping timeframe specified in the shipping policy. In order to receive a refund, the buyer must return the product in its original packaging.
The customer is required to submit an email to contact@badshahsaffroncompany .com, clearly describing the cause of their refund request.

• The decision to provide a partial or full refund is at the discretion of BADSHAH SAFFRON COMPANY firm, based on their assessment of the goods through visual or physical inspection. We will initiate the refund procedure within a span of 4 to 5 business days, and the exact duration will be determined by the payment gateway.

• To receive a refund, products that were purchased as part of a scheme with freebies must be returned together with the freebies.
